General When booking, enter the correct email address or phone number. Input errors may result in tickets not being delivered. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled. Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Ticket sales may be stopped at any time, following the policies of the promoter E-ticket E-tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full. Trans Snow World Terms and Conditions No need to choose arrival time. Please come to the location during operating hours and play for 2 or 3 hours (according to the ticket you purchased) from the time of your arrival. If you arrive late, there will be no additional playing time. Trans Snow World reserves the right to cancel the ticket if it is proven that there is a forgery or other indication of error contained in the ticket. Tickets cannot be resold. 1 ticket is valid for one person for one time entry. It is not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside. Boots and duration reminder watch requirements are returned after playing. Visitors are subject to the rules set by Trans Snow World. Tickets that have been used cannot be reused at any time. Management is not responsible for any form of loss / damage to goods or property belonging to visitors.
