The ticket is valid only on the selected datesPrice is applicable for individuals aged 5 years and above.Service is not available during the Idul Fitri and New Year's periods.Pickup from the airport is based on the valid flight number in the booking. Waiting time is 1 hour from the domestic flight landing time and 1.5 hours for international flights.Any changes to the initial flight number in the booking will incur an additional fee of Rp.50,000.Passengers must adhere to the maximum passenger and baggage capacity as specified during booking.Excess baggage beyond a capacity of 2 will be charged Rp.50,000, exceeding 2 will incur a fee of Rp.100,000. Payment is made directly to the driver.During the journey, a cleaning fee of Rp.150,000 will be charged if passengers vomit or smoke.Rescheduling allowed 1 days before the pick-up date and subject to the availability of the supplier's units.In case the customer can't be contacted by admin and still hasn't show after waiting time, ticket will be noted as no show. No reschedule and cancelation allowed.
